By participating in any activities offered by Marina Plunge Club (“MPC”), including but not limited to yoga classes, cold plunges, fitness activities, and related events (collectively, the “Activities”), I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that the Activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, exposure to cold water, slips, falls, drowning, dehydration, injury, illness, and other unforeseen risks that may result in harm, injury, disability, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate and fully assume all risks associated with the Activities.

Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Activities, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Marina Plunge Club, its organizers, volunteers, collaborators, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may be sustained by me, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in the Activities.

Medical Acknowledgment

I affirm that I am in good physical condition, capable of safely participating in the Activities, and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely engaging in yoga, cold exposure, or related practices. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating if I have any health concerns present.

Personal Responsibility

I agree to follow all instructions given by the organizers and to act responsibly during the Activities. I understand I am solely responsible for my own health, safety, and belongings.

Photo/Media Release 

I grant MPC permission to use photos, videos, or recordings of the Activities for promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation.

Severability

If any portion of this waiver is held invalid, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.

By signing up for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Waiver & Release of Liability.
