Start the new year grounded, present, and connected.

Join Marina Plunge Club for a **free community cold plunge** at Crissy Field East Beach, a simple and empowering way to reset your body and mind alongside good people. Whether it’s your first plunge or part of your routine, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

We’ll gather, breathe together, and enter the water as a group. Come solo or bring friends, all experience levels are welcome! Afterwards come enjoy drinks from our sponsors Magic Mind and Leisure Hydration.
