Rooted in classical technique with a contemporary edge, this session blends precision and flow for a full-body reset. Expect mindful movement, deep core activation, and an energizing burn — all on the mat. Every detail is curated for a seamless, elevated practice. All levels welcome.

**Late Policy**
To honor the flow of the session, doors close 5 minutes after class begins. Please arrive on time — no late entry will be permitted.

**Cancellation Policy**
Life happens — full refunds are available until 24 hours in advance notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not refundable.

Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in Mat Collective Pilates classes is voluntary and involves physical activity that may include strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercise.

Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that Pilates, like all forms of exercise, carries inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I may sustain as a result of participating in class.

Health Certification
I affirm that I am physically fit to participate, and I will inform the instructor of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations prior to class.

Release of Liability
I hereby release and discharge the instructor, venue, and all associated parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation.

Late / Cancellation Policy
I understand that doors close 10 minutes after class begins and that same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Photography & Media (Optional)
I consent to the use of class photos or videos for promotional purposes unless I notify the instructor otherwise.
