I acknowledge that participation in Pilates and related fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, muscle strain, falls, equipment malfunction, and exposure to environmental factors. I understand these risks could result in injury, illness, or other complications. I voluntarily choose to participate, fully accepting all such risks, both known and unknown.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Flow Society Pilates Event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Flow Society, Co Fitness, their owners, officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively “the Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during or as a result of my participation.
