Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Built2Bloom Elevated Pilates Experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

* I understand that participation in Pilates, fitness activities, and wellness services (including but not limited to mini lymphatic massages) involves physical movement and carries a risk of injury.
* I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe involvement. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participating if I have any concerns.
* I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.
* I hereby release and hold harmless Built2Bloom, Toned by Tia, all event sponsors, partners, staff, contractors, and the event venue from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation.
* I understand that wellness services provided (including lymphatic massages) are for relaxation purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment or advice.
* I grant permission to Built2Bloom and its sponsors to capture and use photos and videos of me during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.
* I acknowledge that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.

By attending this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release.
