Step into a more intentional way of moving! This all-levels mat Pilates class is designed to help you build strength, improve alignment, and move with greater control and awareness. Whether you are new to Pilates or experienced, you’ll be guided through a sequence that meets you where you are.

What to expect:
• Full-body mat Pilates flow
• Focus on alignment, control, and breath
• A calm, supportive environment
• Modifications for all levels

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

By registering for and participating in this Pilates class, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in fitness activities, including Pilates, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, falls, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I certify that I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to engaging in any exercise program.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the following parties:

The City of Miramar
Maribel Maignan (Instructor)
Haus of Align
Lifted in Faith Movement
All respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives

from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to my participation in this class, including those caused by negligence to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all parties listed above from any claims, demands, or causes of action brought by myself or others arising from my participation.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

I agree to follow all instructions and participate at my own pace. I understand I may stop at any time if I feel discomfort or unsafe.

MEDIA RELEASE

I grant permission to the City of Miramar, Maribel Maignan, Haus of Align, and Lifted in Faith Movement to photograph and/or record me during classes.

I authorize the use of these images and recordings for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and advertising. I understand I will not receive compensation.

If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify staff prior to class.

By completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release.
