PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in Mat Pilates classes offered by Juliana Aguilar may involve physical movement that can be strenuous and carries the risk of injury, whether physical or mental. I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition that would prevent or limit my participation.

By signing this waiver, I:
	•	Voluntarily participate in this class with full knowledge of the risks involved.
	•	Acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in this or any exercise program.
	•	Release and discharge Juliana Aguilar from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands that may arise from injury, illness, or damages sustained as a result of participation.
	•	Agree to listen to my body, rest when needed, and stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain.

I also grant permission for photos or videos taken during the class to be used for social media or promotional purposes, unless I opt out by informing the instructor directly.
