GPS might take you to the back of the building. The gym is closer to North ave next to the furniture store and in front of the baseball field! There is a parking lot and building has red windows 1950 above the door walk in and you’ll see a red Getfitzel door. Ring doorbell if door isn’t open please.

Pilates is for everybody, regardless of gender, age, race, size, ability, or current fitness level. Pilates can improve muscle tone, flexibility and strength, as well as help you heal from injuries. Mobility workouts help improve strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance, all the necessary features to keep you moving! 


I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the non refundable fitness class(es) provided by Jocelyn Barbosa Fitness. I understand that physical exercise, by its very nature, carries with it certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, discomfort, and even the possibility of serious injury or death. I hereby assume all risks and responsibility for any such injuries or other medical incidents.
Waiver and Release: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue the Provider, its employees, representatives, affiliates, or agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, expenses, and causes of action of any nature arising out of or in connection with my participation in the fitness class(es), whether caused by the negligence of the Provider or otherwise.
