What better way to kick off this new chapter than with a celebration of love among the women we adore, admire, and are inspired by? Bring your best gals 👯‍♀️, invite someone who would love to move their body, or come by yourself and join our growing, beautiful community.

We’re so excited to announce that **LANTE sessions are now a weekly ting—every Wednesday at 6:30 PM**! Please show up 10 minutes early so we can get you ready for an amazing and seamless session.

Mats are provided, so just bring your water 💧 and your vibrant spirit ✨. Let's sweat 💦, laugh 😂, and create lasting connections together! We kindly ask that you put your phone away 📵, get lost in your body 🧘‍♀️, and take this time for yourself while respecting those around you
