Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in Pilates involves physical activity that may include stretching, balance exercises, and other movements that carry inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, injuries from equipment, or other unforeseen injuries.
I voluntarily choose to participate in this Pilates class and acknowledge that I am doing so at my own risk.

Health & Medical Clearance

I certify that I am physically able to participate in Pilates activities and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating. I agree to consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program, including Pilates.
I agree to notify the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before class.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the instructor, studio, event host, property owner, and all associated staff or volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, or damage I may sustain while participating in the class.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the instructor and all associated parties from any claims arising from my participation, including claims brought by third parties or other participants.

Use of Photos & Media

I give permission for photos or videos taken during the class to be used for marketing purposes on social media, websites, or promotional materials.

COVID-19 / Illness Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that participating in group activities may increase the risk of illness exposure. I agree not to attend if I am feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms.
