All levels are welcome — just bring your mat and your market bag.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I release and hold harmless Pilates Please, HOB Brewing, The Pilates Haus, and all instructors, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands for injury, accident, or damages that may arise from my participation in this event.

By signing, I confirm that I am in good health and capable of participating safely, and that I will not pursue legal action against the above parties.
