PARTICIPANT LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE

By registering for and participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in this event is voluntary and that I am solely responsible for determining whether I am physically, mentally, and medically capable of participating in any activities associated with the event.

2. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in fitness, wellness, recreational, networking, social, transportation, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, property damage, disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

3. Medical Responsibility

I certify that I am physically able to participate in the activities offered during the event and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. I understand that the event organizers are not providing medical advice or medical services.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Plus 1, its founders, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, event partners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including claims resulting from ordinary negligence.

5. Personal Property

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal belongings and that Plus 1 and its partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

6. Photography and Media Release

I grant permission to Plus 1 and its partners to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, videos, and promotional materials without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Conduct

I agree to behave respectfully toward other participants, instructors, venue staff, and organizers. I understand that I may be removed from the event without refund if I engage in unsafe, disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Alcohol and Third-Party Activities

If alcohol, transportation, fitness activities, wellness activities, water activities, or third-party services are involved, I understand that participation is at my own risk and that Plus 1 does not control the actions of third-party providers, venues, or participants.

9. Agreement

By attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver and release of liability.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not participate in the event.
