**Matcha MayFest** is a wellness crawl bringing together movement, community, and curated experiences across Raleigh. Each day includes a silent disco walk/run, a post-run fitness class, and a social experience featuring matcha vendors and wellness activations.

Your ticket includes:

• A borrowed pair of silent disco headphones for the guided walk/run
• A 30-minute Pilates class (2 options to choose from - Reformer led by \[solidcore] (no spots left) or Mat led by BalancedAF)
• Three 12oz matcha drinks — one from each featured vendor: HabibTea, Frame Matcha, & Little House Lattes
• One wellness shot
• One B12 shot administered by a licensed nurse
• One aura photography reading keepsake

• One airbrushed t-shirt keepsake
• One photobooth keepsake photo
• One sweet treat from MilkyWay Ice Cream

• One sweet treat from BattrxBliss
• Additional wellness activations and surprises throughout the evening

Please note: Participants will be split into two groups and rotate between class and social experiences before joining together for the final social portion of the event.

MATCHA MAYFEST PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in Matcha MayFest and all related activities hosted by BalancedAF, Matcha Girls Run Club, and affiliated partners/vendors.

I understand that activities may include, but are not limited to:

* Walking/running
* Fitness classes (Pilates, Strength, & cardio training)
* Wellness activations
* Outdoor activities
* Food and beverage consumption

I acknowledge that participation in physical activity and event experiences involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, falls, dehydration, allergic reactions, equipment malfunction, weather-related conditions, and other unforeseen risks.

I confirm that:

* I am physically able to participate
* I will participate at my own risk
* I am responsible for consulting a physician if needed prior to participation
* I will immediately stop participation if I experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or medical concerns

I release and hold harmless:
BalancedAF, Matcha Girls Run Club, event partners, venues, instructors, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and affiliated organizations from any liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the event.

I also grant permission for photos/videos taken during the event to be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

I understand that all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.

Your ticket includes access to one full day of Matcha MayFest — a curated wellness experience featuring:  • Silent disco walk/run • Post-run fitness class (strength, cycle, or Pilates) • Matcha + wellness activations • Access to all social experiences and vendors

Your Social Pass includes access to the Matcha MayFest social experience, featuring matcha vendors, silent disco headphones, DJs, wellness activations, vendor pop-ups, photo moments, and community vibes.  Please note: This ticket does not include access to the fitness class portion of the event. Social Pass holders will enjoy the social experience while class rotations are taking place and will join the full group afterward.
