**Matcha Move Fest** is a traveling wellness crawl that partners with local fitness studios to bring together movement, matcha, and community.



Each edition features a guided walk/run, two signature workouts, and a post-workout Matcha Social complete with wellness activations, local vendors, and opportunities to connect with Raleigh's wellness community.



This edition features **Peach Lab** and includes a walk/run with Matcha Girls Run Club, outdoor mat Pilates with BalancedAF, strength training with Peach Lab, unlimited matcha, smoothies, B12 shots, a bag customization station, and more.



Come solo or bring a friend—all fitness levels are welcome.

MATCHA MOVE FEST WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By attending **Matcha Move Fest**, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in a guided walk/run, Pilates, strength training, and other wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, falls, injuries, dehydration, allergic reactions, insect bites, exposure to weather conditions, uneven terrain, and other risks associated with indoor and outdoor physical activity.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in all activities offered and understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition throughout the event. I agree to stop participating if I experience pain, dizziness, illness, or any condition that may affect my safety.

I acknowledge that portions of this event take place outdoors and may include sidewalks, paved paths, grass, gravel, uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, and other natural environmental hazards.

I understand that BalancedAF, Matcha Girls Run Club, Peach Lab, the event venue, instructors, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for:

• Personal injury or illness
• Allergic reactions to food, beverages, or wellness products
• Insect bites or stings
• Damage to personal property
• Lost, stolen, or misplaced belongings
• Vehicle damage, towing, parking incidents, or transportation-related issues
• Weather-related delays, cancellations, or event modifications

I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during the event and grant permission for my likeness to be used by BalancedAF, Matcha Girls Run Club, Peach Lab, and event partners for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

Participation is voluntary, and I hereby release and hold harmless BalancedAF, Matcha Girls Run Club, Peach Lab, the event venue, instructors, vendors, sponsors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in Matcha Move Fest.

By attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
