By attending Matcha & Movement on July 26, 2025, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Physical Activity Disclaimer: I understand that participation in physical activities such as Pilates carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, or other health complications. I voluntarily choose to participate and take full responsibility for my health and wellbeing during the event.

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume all risks associated with my participation, including any potential injury, illness, allergic reaction, or adverse effect related to physical activity, food, beverages, or outdoor exposure.

Medical Clearance: I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, instructors, sponsors, vendors, hosts, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from participation in this event.

Photography & Content: I grant permission to be photographed or recorded during the event for promotional and marketing purposes unless I inform the host otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Third-Party Vendors: I understand that services such as permanent jewelry are offered by independent third parties and are not the responsibility of the event organizer. Participation in these services is at my own discretion and risk.

Weather & Venue Disclaimer: I understand this is an outdoor event and agree to plan accordingly. I acknowledge that weather and other uncontrollable circumstances may affect the event experience.
