We’ll kick things off with a 45-minute **Trap Mat workout** led by DejaFit, then it’s margaritas, R\&B and good vibes with the girls. Whether you’re heading to the concert that night or just love Chris Brown and Usher, come start your Sunday with us.

I understand that participation in fitness and physical activities involves inherent risks of injury. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, dehydration, cardiovascular complications, and other injuries.

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume all risks associated with my participation. I understand that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically capable of participating and agree to stop exercising and seek assistance if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, illness, or other concerning symptoms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless **Fit Queen Team, its instructors, event organizers, collaborators, sponsors, vendors, venue, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents** from claims arising from injury, illness, loss, or damage related to my voluntary participation, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.

### ALCOHOL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I understand that alcoholic beverages may be available at this event. I am solely responsible for my decision to consume alcohol and agree to do so responsibly. I will not consume alcohol if I am under the legal drinking age or otherwise prohibited from doing so.

### PERSONAL PROPERTY

I understand that Fit Queen Team and the event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

### PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RELEASE

I understand that photography and video recording may take place during this event.

By attending, I consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded and authorize **Fit Queen Team and its authorized event collaborators and representatives** to use my image, likeness, and voice in social media, websites, event recaps, advertisements, promotional materials, and other marketing content without additional compensation.
