Join us for a slow, intentional morning of movement, mindfulness, and matcha at the beautiful B-OMI Farms in Wendell, NC.



This beginner-friendly experience is designed to help you move your body, slow down, and connect with nature and community.



Your ticket includes:

✨ 45-minute Pilates class
✨ 30-minute sound bath experience
✨ Complimentary matcha beverage
✨ Access to the beautiful grounds at B-OMI Farms
✨ Community connection and wellness vibes



No Pilates experience is required. All levels are welcome.



Please bring:
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
• Sunscreen (optional)

• Grip Socks (optional - Barefoot is fine while on mat)
• Positive energy



Mats and equipment will be provided.

By attending Mats & Matcha at B-OMI Farms, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in Pilates, stretching, sound bath experiences, and outdoor wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, falls, injuries, allergic reactions, insect bites, exposure to weather conditions, uneven terrain, wildlife encounters, and other risks associated with outdoor activities.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in the activities offered and understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition throughout the event.

I acknowledge that the event takes place outdoors on a working farm property that may include uneven surfaces, grass, dirt, gravel, mud, construction activity, ongoing property improvements, insects, pollen, animals, and other natural environmental conditions.

I acknowledge that this event is limited to guests who are 18 years of age or older. By registering for this event, I certify that I am at least 18 years old.

I understand that complimentary food and beverages, including but not limited to matcha, water, seltzers, energy drinks, and snacks, may be provided by BalancedAF, B-OMI Farms, or participating vendors. I voluntarily choose to consume any food or beverages at my own risk and acknowledge that I am solely responsible for identifying any allergies, dietary restrictions, food sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect me. I release and hold harmless BalancedAF, B-OMI Farms, event partners, vendors, sponsors, instructors, volunteers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, illnesses, allergic reactions, injuries, or damages arising from the preparation, serving, or consumption of any food or beverages provided during the event.

I understand that BalancedAF, B-OMI Farms, event partners, instructors, volunteers, vendors, and affiliates are not responsible for:

* Personal injury
* Illness or allergic reactions
* Food- or beverage-related illnesses, allergic reactions, or adverse reactions
* Insect bites or stings
* Damage to personal property
* Vehicle damage, flat tires, towing, or other transportation-related issues
* Lost, stolen, or misplaced belongings
* Weather-related interruptions or event modifications

I understand that participation is voluntary and I release and hold harmless BalancedAF, B-OMI Farms, instructors, vendors, sponsors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation.

By registering for this event, I also consent to receive future marketing emails and promotional communications from BalancedAF, B-OMI Farms, and participating event vendors and sponsors. I understand that I may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

I further grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used by BalancedAF, B-OMI Farms, and participating event partners for marketing, promotional, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation.

By attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
