We’ll begin with a 45-minute, beginner-friendly mat pilates class led by Andrea Pilattes, set to soft acoustic worship music to create a peaceful, grounding atmosphere. After class, stay and enjoy a handcrafted iced matcha latte by Two Cups CLT and a refreshing mini açaí bowl by Palm Berries South End while connecting with other amazing women.

Whether you’re coming solo or with a friend, this is your space to move your body, reset your mind, and build community.
