Join (Wilmington, DE) We Hike to Heal Ambassador, Mecca Joi - RGM for this FREE Women's Group Hike!

We'll be hiking the Succession Trail, which is a 1.57-mile out-and-back trail near Hockessin, DE. This is generally considered an easy hike with beautiful views. We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race!

Once we reach the mid point, we'll plan to take a break to catch our breath, meditate and do a little gratitude journaling!

What you will need for this hike:

* Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)
* Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sun
* Comfortable hiking shoes/boots, trail sneakers, or just regular sneakers are fine too.
* Comfortable moisture-wicking clothing - workout clothes work just fine!
* A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
* A towel to sit on if you're uncomfortable sitting on the ground
* Your journal and a pen
