Please bring a yoga mat and blanket and whatever else will help you relax completely!

My journey in sound healing began with a search to help myself, to find calm, clarity, and balance in the midst of life’s demands. Along the way I discovered the transformative power of sound and how its vibrations can gently guide the mind, body, and spirit back into harmony.

Now I share that gift with others, holding space for people to pause, reconnect, and find their own sense of peace. Each session is an invitation to listen inward, release what no longer serves, and step into greater ease and presence.
