Wynwood Session: Breath & Ice

All members and experienced practitioners are welcome to join us in suite 4C at Namo Sanctuary in Wynwood.

During these :60 sessions, we settle in, warm up and get right into the practice. Under the careful guidance of your instructor, we'll move through a deep breathwork practice in this cozy environment, and follow it up with a brisk dunk in our ice bath out on the balcony.
