Men of Chicago, are you looking to:
-Create stronger relationships with men?
-Develop more emotional intelligence and depth?
-Dismantle patriarchal systems and contribute
to healing our communities?
-Reconstruct masculinity so it serves love and life?

If that sounds like you, join the Sovereign Sols Men's Circle for a ~40 minute yoga practice and a ~45 minute men's circle. 

Sovereign Sols Healing Circle aims to provide a space where men are invited to build community, improve their mind body connection, engage with masculinity in a regenerative and inclusive environment, and grow through their healing while also reducing harm and stepping up for our communities. 

After we move closer to mental clarity and stillness through our yoga practice we will move on to the circle. Activities in our circles range anywhere from journaling, emotional embodiment practices, meditation, and guided shares/discussions about our experiences as men. 

Bring your journals, yoga mats, water and whatever else you need to be comfortable. You may also borrow a mat from the space we'll be in.

To make this event as accessible and inclusive as possible, our events are currently pay what you can with a minimum donation of $10. See suggestions below for ideas on how much to contribute given your situation.

Pay-What-You-Can:

$10 if you are having trouble meeting your basic needs this month

$20 if you're able to cover your basic needs and don't have much expendable income this month

$30 if you're able to cover your basic needs and have some expendable income this month

$40 if you're able to cover your basic needs and have enough expendable income this month to support someone who has less expendable income and/or is having trouble meeting their basic needs
