May is Mental Health Awareness month and it's a topic I'm very passionate about hence the theme of this event.&#x20;

Our **1st** event of the summer is kicking off with a bang:&#x20;

* \- 45mins Filling your **MENTAL** cup by tackling Mental Health through a discussion + Q\&A with a licensed mental health professional. &#x20;
* \- 35mins Filling your **PHYSICAL** cup with a Pilates session with a certified instructor.
* \- 90mins Filling your **SOCIAL** cup, as well as your hands with an Acai bowl, coffee or matcha.&#x20;
* \- Chic goodie bags, curated with your wellness in mind.&#x20;

If you are struggling with your Mental Health, know someone who is and want to learn how to support them better, or you just simply love Pilates and free coffee and want to socialize... Then this event is for you! Leave feeling refreshed and ready to tackle anything life throws your way.&#x20;
