Metal Element Yoga is a style and approach creating *the NEXT AGE* form of yoga in the world- merging Eastern and Western philosophies and creating them for the 21st Century and beyond.

We celebrate alternative groups, alternative interests, alternative lifestyles and alternative genres.

What do you have to bring to the mat with the intention of growing and cultivating within yourself?&#x20;

Please Bring a mat, water, athletic or athleisure clothing, and an open mind.&#x20;

This is a $Donation Based$ practice for inclusivity and access.&#x20;
