A pilates class for the alt community.



Move to screams and heavy breakdowns. Everyone is welcome, no previous pilates experience required. Options are given throughout class to modify or progress so you can move your body whatever way feels best for you. Just show up, and I’ll guide you through the rest.

By signing up for class with Pilates Ghoul I understand the following: 

-ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I acknowledge that the Pilates practice involves physical exertion, specialized equipment/props, and inherent risks of personal injury.

-LIABILITY RELEASE: I will not hold Pilates Ghoul LlLC or the venue/studio responsible if personal injury does occur.

-MEDICAL DISCLOSURE: I can confirm I am in good health to be able to participate in class, and if I have any contraindications (such as existing conditions, injuries, or pregnancy) I have received medical clearance to be able to participate in class. I will also let Pilates Ghoul LLC know of any existing contraindications prior to class so I may receive proper modifications for my practice. 

-CANCELATION POLICY/LATE POLICY:  I understand that I have up to 24 hours prior to class to cancel and receive a full refund. Failure to cancel prior to the 24 hour timeframe I will not be able to receive a refund. By signing up for this class I am aware that doors LOCK 5 minutes after class begins. Doors open 30 minutes prior to class to give plenty of time to find parking, settle in and prepare for class. I understand I will not receive a refund if I am late and doors are locked. 

-VIDEO CONSENT: I understand there may be filming done in class for social media content, by signing up for class I agree that I'm okay with being filmed. 

-PERSONAL VIDEO CONTENT: Filming is allowed in class if you wish to get your own content, however Pilates Ghoul LLC just asks that you be mindful of others. By signing up for this class, I understand if I do wish to film my own content, I will make every effort to arrive early and set up in the back of the class so I'm only recording my own practice.
