Join Higher Vibration Living for METAMORPHOSIS, a two-hour experience designed to create space for restoration, reflection, and renewal as summer reaches its fullest expression.

In nature, metamorphosis is a period of profound internal reorganization — before anything new can emerge, the old must first soften, dissolve, and reorganize. Our lives don't always follow nature's blueprint, but many of us know that same feeling: letting go of old patterns, integrating new experiences, quietly becoming someone slightly different than we were before.

This morning is an invitation to pause inside that process.

At the heart of the experience is a deeply immersive vibroacoustic sound journey — therapeutic sound frequencies you don't just hear, but feel, as gentle vibration moves through your body while you rest on specialized vibroacoustic sound beds. Layered with guided meditation, intentional breathwork, and reflective practice, the experience is built to calm the nervous system, deepen embodied awareness, and create real clarity and inner connection. 

We'll move together through a thoughtfully curated progression — grounding, stillness, reflection, integration — so insight has room to arise naturally, not be forced.

By attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this wellness event is voluntary and may include guided meditation, breathwork, vibroacoustic sound therapy, sound healing, color/light therapy, herbal tea, and other relaxation-based wellness practices.

I understand these experiences are intended to support relaxation and well-being but are not medical or psychological treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Health Acknowledgment

I affirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate.

I understand that certain experiences—including breathwork, sound frequencies, vibration, or light stimulation—may not be appropriate for everyone.

I agree to consult my healthcare provider if I have concerns regarding participation, particularly if I have conditions such as:

Pregnancy
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Pacemakers or implanted electronic medical devices
Serious cardiovascular conditions
Recent surgery or significant injury
Any medical or psychiatric condition that could be affected by these practices

I understand I may stop participating at any time if I feel uncomfortable.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Higher Vibration Living, its owner, facilitators, volunteers, venue partners, employees, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Personal Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for listening to my body, participating within my own comfort level, and informing a facilitator if I need assistance.

Photo & Video Release

I understand that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during this event.

By attending, I grant Higher Vibration Living permission to use my likeness, image, voice, and appearance in photographs and video for promotional, educational, marketing, website, social media, and other business purposes without compensation or further approval.

If I prefer not to be photographed, I understand it is my responsibility to notify the event organizer prior to the start of the event. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate my request, I understand that complete exclusion from incidental background photography cannot be guaranteed.

Emergency Medical Care

If an emergency occurs and I am unable to provide consent, I authorize Higher Vibration Living to seek emergency medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
