I hereby release and hold harmless Pilates & Lattes Club, The Pilates Girlies LLC, all instructors, staff, contractors, and Sagamore Hotel Miami Beach, including its ownership, management, affiliates, employees, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in this event.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent safe involvement. I accept full responsibility for my health and agree to stop if I experience any discomfort.

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that the event organizers and venue are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

I acknowledge that this event may include outdoor elements and optional use of hotel amenities, including pool access, which I use at my own risk and in accordance with venue rules.

I grant permission for Pilates & Lattes Club to capture and use photos and videos of me for marketing and promotional purposes.

I agree to follow all instructions provided by event staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.
