Brasil Run Club is bringing **Run & Recover** back to Miami for another morning of running, recovery, wellness, and community.

We’ll kick things off with a **5K community run** from Miami Ironside, followed by our signature **Run & Recover Party** featuring recovery activations, fitness experiences, music, giveaways, goodie bags, and more.

Whether you’re an experienced runner, just getting started, or simply looking to meet new people and be part of the community, **everyone is welcome. You don’t have to be Brazilian to join us!**

By registering for and/or participating in the Brasil Run Club 5K run, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that running and participating in a group running event involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, traffic, road and sidewalk conditions, weather conditions, physical exertion, dehydration, injury, illness, and other known or unforeseen risks.

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume all risks associated with my participation. I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in the event and understand that I am responsible for determining whether I am fit and healthy enough to participate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Brasil Run Club LLC, its owners, organizers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, partners, venues, and affiliated parties from claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the run, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.

I agree to follow instructions provided by event organizers and understand that I am responsible for my own safety while participating, including complying with applicable pedestrian, traffic, and safety laws.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize event organizers to seek reasonable emergency medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation.

I understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event. I grant Brasil Run Club permission to use photographs or video containing my image for promotional, social media, advertising, and other legitimate business purposes without compensation.

By registering for or participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver, voluntarily accept its terms, and understand that I am giving up certain legal rights.
