Host: IQ Event Planning, LLC d/b/a D'Space Orlando ("D'Space")

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in this event, I agree to the following:

1. The activity. This event includes a Lagree-inspired mat fitness class led by an independent instructor, a social/market area with food and beverage service, and a product demonstration area. The fitness class involves physical exercise including stretching, core and resistance movements performed on a mat.

2. Health representation. I represent that I am physically able to participate in a mat fitness class, that I am not aware of any medical condition that would make participation unsafe for me, and that I will stop and rest at any point if I feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. I understand I am responsible for consulting my own physician about whether this activity is appropriate for me.

3. Assumption of risk. I understand that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including muscle strain, sprains, falls, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and other injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume those risks.

4. Release. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I release and hold harmless IQ Event Planning, LLC d/b/a D'Space Orlando, its owners, staff, contractors, and the event instructor from claims arising from my participation, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Alcohol. Wine is offered only to guests 21 or older with valid ID, served only by D'Space-approved staff, and service may be refused or stopped at staff discretion. I will not bring outside alcohol into the venue. Mocktail alternatives are available at every tier that includes a beverage.

6. Personal property. D'Space is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including items left unattended during the class.

7. Photo/video consent. I understand that photos and video may be taken during the event and used by D'Space Orlando and Gota Pura for marketing and social media. If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify check-in staff on arrival.

8. Conduct. I will follow venue rules and staff instructions. D'Space may remove any participant whose behavior endangers others or disrupts the event, without refund.

By completing my ticket purchase on SweatPals, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver.
