Valentina Villegas (also known as @vale.flows) and Jackilyn Garces, MS, RMHCI (also known as @purelyplantedtherapist) recommend that all participants obtain a physical examination from a doctor prior to participating in any exercise program, yoga session, ocean activity, or use of any complimentary wellness services offered at this event.

By signing this waiver, I affirm that I and/or my minor children are in good physical condition and do not have any known disability or condition that would prevent or limit participation in this event. I understand that my voluntary participation in the Beach Event, including yoga sessions, Pilates-inspired movements, stretching, ocean activities, and receipt of free items or services (including goodie bags, bites such as cookies and tea, raffle items, and other giveaways) from participating vendors, is undertaken at my and/or my minor children’s sole risk.

I hereby expressly and forever release and discharge Valentina Villegas (@vale.flows), Jackilyn Garces, MS, RMHCI (@purelyplantedtherapist), all event sponsors, vendors, volunteers, affiliates, property owners, and representatives from any and all claims, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, whether arising from negligence (active or passive) or otherwise, connected with participation in this event.

I acknowledge that this event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, dehydration, muscle strain, joint or skeletal injuries, drowning, allergic reactions, or other health complications, including those related to consumption of complimentary food or beverages, raffle items, or products offered by vendors, up to and including serious injury or death.

I assume full responsibility for myself and/or my minor children for all risks of injury, loss, or damages that may result from:
 (a) participation in yoga sessions, ocean activities, painting, or other event-related activities;
 (b) the condition of the venue, beach, equipment, or art supplies;
 (c) participation in services or consumption of products, food, or beverages offered by vendors, including complimentary bites, tea, goodie bag items, or raffle items;
 (d) the actions of other participants, guests, or invitees.

I also grant full permission for the use of my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or photography or video taken of myself and/or my minor child(ren) in connection with this event for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation.
