The Male Compass is a men's group built around brotherhood, connection, community and personal growth. We host men only wellness events that focus on mindful movement and honest conversations around how to be the best version of yourself. Our intentions are to strengthen the physical body, mind, and spirit and discover what it means to be a healthy man in today's modern world. Join us to connect, challenge yourself, share your voice and grow alongside other like minded men.
