An evening designed to bring men together through movement, mindfulness, and a shared experience.

We’ll begin with a grounding yoga and breath work session to get out of our heads and into our bodies.

Then, a professional wellness chef (Chef Chris) will guide us through a live, interactive demonstration on on how to craft a mindful meal that even us guys will have a hard time messing up.

We invite you to join The Male Compass for a night of purpose-driven conversation, movement, and nourishment — where we strengthen not just our bodies, but our brotherhood.
