THE MINDFUL MIXER - LIABILITY WAIVER

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
I voluntarily choose to participate in The Mindful Mixer presented by Hella Wellthy at Wicked Fit. I understand this experience involves yoga postures, breathing exercises, sound vibrations from various instruments including crystal bowls and chimes, aromatherapy, and periods of lying still. I acknowledge these activities can carry certain inherent risks including potential physical discomfort, emotional responses during relaxation, sensitivities to sounds or scents used during the session, and risks associated with physical movement during yoga.

MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS
I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any health concerns. I will inform the event organizers of any relevant health conditions that might be affected by yoga practice, sound vibrations, or aromatherapy. I understand it is my responsibility to practice within my own physical limitations and modify poses as needed for my safety. I agree to immediately notify the instructor if I experience discomfort or distress during any activity and to stop participating if necessary.

MEDIA RELEASE
I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during the event. I grant permission for my likeness to be captured in such media and used for promotional purposes by Hella Wellthy, Higher Vibration Tonics, and affiliated instructors without compensation.

PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITY
I understand that if I select the Comfort Plus ticket option, I am temporarily renting a yoga mat and blanket for use during the event. I agree to treat these items with care and acknowledge that I may be held responsible for any damage beyond normal use.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. I expressly agree to release and hold harmless Hella Wellthy, its owners, instructors, staff, trainers, guest instructors, and volunteers from any and all claims or causes of action for injury, illness, emotional distress, or death arising from participation in any activity, including those resulting from negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
