WAIVER & PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT – MINDSET MASTERY

By signing up for or attending a Mindset Mastery event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that Mindset Mastery is a voluntary social and personal development event involving group discussions on mental, emotional, and personal topics. I am participating of my own free will and take full responsibility for my choices, reflections, and engagement during and after the session.

2. Emotional Safety & Wellbeing
I understand that topics discussed may touch on difficult or personal life experiences. I agree to take care of my own emotional wellbeing and to seek professional mental health support if needed outside of this group. This is not a therapy group, and facilitators are not licensed counselors.

If at any time I feel overwhelmed, I understand I can step out or decline to participate in any part of the session without penalty.

3. Respectful Conduct
I agree to:

Respect others' confidentiality—what’s shared in the group stays in the group.

Speak from my own experience and avoid giving unsolicited advice.

Refrain from discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

Violation of these expectations may result in being asked to leave the group or future events.

4. Liability Waiver
I release and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers, hosts, and affiliated venues (including but not limited to Anti-Fragile Social Club and SweatPals) from any liability for injuries, emotional distress, or damages—physical, mental, or otherwise—that may arise from my participation.

I understand that I am solely responsible for my health and safety before, during, and after the event.

5. Media & Content Use
By attending, I acknowledge that photos or short videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If I do not wish to appear in any media, I will inform the event host prior to the start of the session and will avoid group photos or recordings.

6. Agreement
By signing up and attending, I affirm that I have read and understood this agreement. I acknowledge that I am 18 years of age or older and fully capable of making this decision.
