Through Murray's gentle guidance, an intentional walk, and the music of MindTravel in your headphones, you'll be transported into your inner world. This is a practice of stillness through movement, which invites you into the present moment .

A part of the Wellist Week celebrations, this event will take place at sunrise, before you start your workday. Please meet us at 6:45am at The Edition to prepare for this truly unique experience.

🏫 **Who:** :Murray Hidary is a multi-disciplinary artist and tech pioneer. Through his mindful experience MindTravel, he shares his meditative piano compositions and walking meditations with tens of thousands of people.
