Miami Muscle Club Run Club – Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for the Miami Muscle Club Run Club (“Event”), you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
You understand that participating in a group run involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, traffic hazards, weather conditions, dehydration, and other unforeseen circumstances. You voluntarily participate knowing these risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

2. No Professional Coaching or Medical Services
You acknowledge that Miami Muscle Club, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates are not certified running coaches, medical professionals, or trainers. All guidance is for general fitness and community purposes only and should not be considered professional coaching or medical advice.

3. Release of Liability
You waive, release, and discharge Miami Muscle Club, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, property owners (including Tacos & Tattoos), and affiliates from any and all claims, liability, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Event, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Parental/Guardian Consent for Minors
Minors (under 18) may participate only with parental or legal guardian consent. By registering a minor, the parent/guardian agrees to this waiver on behalf of the minor and accepts full responsibility for their safety.

5. Health Acknowledgment
You certify that you are physically fit and have no medical condition preventing safe participation. You agree to stop running and seek assistance if you feel unwell or unsafe at any time.

6. Photo & Media Release
You grant permission to Miami Muscle Club to use photos, videos, or other media taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation.

7. Agreement & Binding Effect
You agree this waiver is as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any portion is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. By registering, you affirm you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this waiver.
