Join She Said Golf Ohio for a fun day focused on golf fitness, movement, and feeling stronger both on and off the course. We’ll kick things off with a golf-focused workout session led by Lindsay Becker, a Board Certified Sports Physical Therapy Specialist, Titleist Performance Institute-certified Golf Fitness Instructor, and one of the leading experts in golf fitness and rehabilitation.

This session is designed for women of all fitness and golf levels and will focus on mobility, strength, balance, and movement patterns that can help improve your golf game while preventing injury.&#x20;

After the workout, we’ll head over to brunch at Cap City Fine Diner! Brunch is not included in the ticket price. Plus, the local farmers market will be taking over the streets that morning, making for a fun walk and Saturday outing between the workout and brunch.



**Please note: all event registrations are final sale and non-refundable.** Because our events require advance booking with golf courses, instructors, and vendors, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

If an event has a waitlist, we will always do our best to help fill your spot. You can transfer your ticket to another person via the SweatPals app.&#x20;

Our events are rain or shine! We only reschedule or delay events in the case of lightning or other unsafe weather conditions determined by the course/facility.
