By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in fitness activities, including but not limited to Pilates, exercise, movement, and related wellness activities, involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or physical strain. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event.
Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Victoria Vesce, VYB / VYB Wellness, event instructors, event partners, sponsors, vendors, Starchild, The Civilian Hotel, the venue, property owners, staff, and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
Medical Disclaimer
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the activities offered and have consulted a medical professional if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition during the event and may stop participation at any time.
Products & Gifting
