By participating in this 45-minute Pilates class, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. You represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent your safe participation in this class.

Responsibility: You agree to listen to your body and modify exercises or stop entirely if you feel discomfort, pain, or dizziness. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program.

Liability Release: You voluntarily waive, release, and hold harmless the instructor and the facility from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands for personal injury and property damage out of or related to your participation in this class.
