Join us for a fun and welcoming Mommy & Me Pilates class designed for moms of all fitness levels! 🤍 Bring your little one and enjoy a beginner-friendly workout focused on movement, core strength, and connecting with other moms. Babies and kids of all ages are welcome!

✨ What to expect:
• 30–45 minute Pilates class  
• Beginner friendly  
• Kids welcome (all ages)  
• Relaxed, supportive environment  
• Check in at 10:00 AM  
• Class starts at 10:15 AM  

Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything your little one may need — baby carrier, blanket, or toys recommended. ✨

By participating in this class, I confirm that I am at least 6 weeks postpartum and have been cleared by my doctor to participate in physical activity. I understand that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk. I release the instructor and Balance & Bloom Pilates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after class for myself or my child(ren). 

I also give permission for photos and videos taken during class to be used for social media and promotional purposes. I will stop exercising if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
