We’re so excited to partner with **Brittany Breslauer**, a certified Pilates instructor, fellow mom, and member of our community, for a special Mommy & Me Pilates class in the **Pan Pacific park.**

​**MOTHER** is a 45-minute Mommy & Me mat workout that’s baby-friendly, safe for all phases of postpartum, and welcoming to moms with little ones of all ages.

​Come move your body, connect with other moms in the same season, and take a little time to do something just for you, babies welcome.

​**What to bring:**
A yoga mat, baby carrier, towel or blanket for baby, a few small toys, water, and maybe a hat for your little one.

​No Pilates experience needed, just come as you are 🤍

MOTHER PILATES – LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE
By participating in any class, event, or experience hosted by MOTHER PILATES LLC (“MOTHER”), including but not limited to studio classes, outdoor classes, pop-ups, and events held at third-party locations (collectively, “Activities”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that Pilates, fitness activities, babywearing, and participation during pregnancy or postpartum recovery involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, physical strain, or harm to myself and/or my child. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have obtained medical clearance if needed. I accept full responsibility for my participation.
If I attend with a child, I understand that I am solely responsible for my child’s supervision, safety, and well-being at all times. I acknowledge that MOTHER is not a licensed childcare provider unless explicitly stated and assume all risks related to my child’s presence.
I agree to follow all instructions and use equipment safely. I understand I may stop participation at any time.
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge MOTHER PILATES LLC, Brittany Carel Breslauer, and all instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, host venues, landlords, property owners, and event partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss resulting from participation in the Activities, whether held indoors or outdoors.
I understand this release applies to me, my child (if applicable), and my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
I grant permission for MOTHER to use photos or videos taken during Activities for marketing and promotional purposes unless I provide written notice otherwise.
By agreeing, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily accept its terms.
