This week is Special! One of my Beautiful Mommies will be gifted a ticket to the Made to Mother Event this November 9th at Maven Monroe in Wilmington NC! 

We will also we focusing on Glutes and a gentle Core rebuilding session. Still get that full body workout but with a little more isolated movements. 

As we begin to grow, I’m also working on getting More equipment and props for our classes so all donations will go right towards workout equipment for you! Anything is appreciated and but nothing is required for attendance🫶🏽 I just ask you Show up for You and come workout!
