Mommy & Me Box-ilates is a beginner-friendly, low-impact class designed to help you move, connect, and feel good — with your baby right by your side. Box-ilates blends rhythmic boxing movements with Pilates and barre-inspired exercises, creating a flow that’s intentional, empowering, and easy to follow.

This class is will start at 10:15am. Please arrive by 10am

✨ Bump-friendly — pregnancy-aware options are always offered
✨ Mat-sharing friendly — babies are welcome on the mat with you

Movements are simple, accessible, and meant to be done together, creating a shared experience that encourages connection — to your body, your breath, and your baby. Light weights can be used (bring wrist weights if you’d like), but the entire class can be done using bodyweight only.

Perfect for beginners, postpartum moms, and anyone easing back into movement. There’s no pressure to “keep up” — breaks, feeding, soothing, and modifying are always welcome.
