This low-impact, all-levels workout is the perfect way to reconnect with your postpartum body, move with intention, and build community with other mamas.
Bring your baby or toddler and enjoy movement together — whether your little one joins you on the mat, in a carrier, or in your arms. This class focuses on feel-good movement, core connection, strength, and bonding through movement in a welcoming and judgment-free space.

Pilates

Waiver, Release of Liability & Media Consent Agreement
With attendance of class, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Medical Clearance & Participation
I confirm that I have received approval and medical clearance from my physician, midwife, or qualified healthcare provider to participate in postpartum physical activity and exercise. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my healthcare provider regarding my participation in this class and any activities performed with my child.
I further acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Mommy & Me Fitness Class and all related activities at my own risk.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, falls, injury, illness, or other physical complications for myself and/or my child. I acknowledge that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition and the safety and wellbeing of my child during class participation.
3. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this class, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the instructor(s), organizers, assistants, studio owners, facility staff, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of participation in the class, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I understand that participation is voluntary and I assume full responsibility for myself and my child.
4. Child Participation
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for supervising and caring for my child before, during, and after class. I understand that the instructors are not responsible for childcare or direct supervision of participating children.
5. Photo & Video Release
I understand that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during class for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and future business purposes. By signing below, I grant permission for my image and/or my child’s image to be used without compensation or further approval.
If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand it is my responsibility to notify the instructor in writing prior to class.
6. Agreement
I have read and fully understand this Waiver, Release of Liability, and Media Consent Agreement. By agreeing below, I voluntarily agree to its terms.
