Join us for a thoughtfully curated morning designed for mamas, soon- to-be mamas and their minis, set in a beautiful barn environment surrounded by horses.

This intimate two-hour experience begins with a gentle, baby-friendly Pilates flow designed with postpartum bodies in mind, focusing on supportive movement, mindful strength, and restoration. The class is led by Christina Specos, a certified Pilates and postpartum movement specialist, with attentive cueing and hands-on guidance throughout.

Following Pilates, we’ll transition into guided, hands-on horse interaction, including feeding, touching, and riding. This portion of the experience is relaxed, engaging, and designed to create meaningful moments for both mamas and their little ones.

This class is best suited for babies ages 2–18 months. Babies are welcome to be worn or placed on your mat.

2️⃣ Can expecting moms attend?
Yes! Expecting moms are absolutely welcome. The class is designed to be gentle and adaptable for both prenatal and postpartum bodies.

3️⃣ Are Pilates mats provided?
Yes — mats are provided for all mamas, so just show up and enjoy. 🧘‍♀️✨

4️⃣ Can I bring my baby with me on the mat?
Of course! Babies are welcome to be worn in a carrier or placed on the mat provided. This is a relaxed, baby-friendly environment.

5️⃣ Do I need prior Pilates experience?
Not at all. This class is beginner-friendly and focused on gentle movement, connection, and enjoying time with your little one.
