This beginner-friendly Pilates class is designed for moms to move their bodies in a welcoming, judgment-free space while their little ones join in on the fun beside them. Bring your yoga mat, your babies, toddlers, or kiddos, and come enjoy a morning filled with light movement, laughter, and community.



After class, stay and sip coffee with us, connect with other moms, and enjoy a slow morning together at one of our favorite local spots. We can’t wait to move, mingle, and make memories with you 💛

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Mommy & Me Pilates class hosted by The Mom Walk Collective at Southern Salt Coffee. I understand that participation in physical activity, including Pilates, stretching, mobility exercises, and wellness activities, involves inherent risks including but not limited to muscle soreness, falls, injury, dizziness, or other physical complications for myself and/or my child(ren).

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this beginner-friendly movement class and understand that it is my responsibility to monitor my own physical condition throughout the event. I agree to stop participation immediately if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any medical concerns.

I understand that I am fully responsible for supervising and monitoring my child(ren) at all times during the event and while on the premises. I acknowledge that children will be present in an active environment and assume full responsibility for their safety and behavior.

By attending this event, I release and hold harmless The Mom Walk Collective Port St. Lucie, The Wellness Kickback, Southern Salt Coffee, all instructors, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and venue staff from any and all liability, claims, demands, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in this event for myself and/or my child(ren).

I also grant permission for photographs and video footage taken during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise communicated in writing prior to the event.

By registering for and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release of liability.
