*Hot Mom Mile Club* is bringing a special community morning to [Chantelle Country Club](chantellecountryclub.com).



Join us for a relaxed experience designed for moms and little ones, featuring a group walk, Mommy x Me Pilates with Anna, and social hour with soft play, coffee, and matcha.



Childcare will be available if you would prefer to take the class while your child is watched nearby. Moms are also welcome to wear a baby carrier during Pilates.

EVENT WAIVER AND MEDIA RELEASE

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Hot Mom Mile Club x Chantelle Country Club Mommy x Me Pilates event at The Woods, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation and Liability
I understand that participation in physical activities including walking, Pilates, and other wellness activities involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and any child accompanying me.

I release and hold harmless The Woods, Chantelle Country Club, its owners, staff, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities that may arise from participation in this event.

Child Participation and Supervision
If I bring a child to the event, I acknowledge that I am responsible for my child’s safety and wellbeing. While childcare and soft play may be provided during portions of the event, I understand that participation in these areas is voluntary and at my own risk.

Medical Responsibility
I confirm that I and my child are physically able to participate in the activities offered and do so at our own discretion.

Media and Content Release
I grant permission to The Woods, Chantelle Country Club, and Hot Mom Mile Club to capture photos and videos during the event and to use this content for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

General Agreement
By attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver and release of liability.

Mommy x Me Pilates

Includes Pilates class, group walk & soft play social hour.

Includes the full Pilates class plus supervised childcare with soft play while you work out. Children will be in a nearby play area so they stay close and easy to check on during the session.
