Baby carrier

Toys for baby

snacks / water

Ankle weights if you’d like an extra burn&#x20;

Little blanket for baby if they’re grass sensitive ( or if the court floor gets too hot)

Your beautiful selves &  minis&#x20;



What to except

•The program is designed for all phases of postpartum and all ages of babies, yes that means toddlers too.&#x20;

•Every move is able to be done wearing baby in a carrier or without.&#x20;

•class will run 30-45 min. (depending how the babies feel, typically around the 35 min mark )

•have fun! this is a space to let go, move your body, let babies be babies!&#x20;
