This all-levels \[+ prenatal safe] class includes a warm-up, cardio intervals, and strength training using resistance bands, park benches, and our natural surroundings. Each cardio and strength set will be broken up with 3-minute walks, and we’ll close with core work and a restorative cool-down. It’s safe, effective, and totally doable—no matter your fitness level or how much sleep you got last night!

Join Fitness Ambassadors and Fit4Mom Carrollton for a morning of movement, connection, and fun at **Castle Hills Village Shops & Plaza**—perfect for mamas and their littles!

We’ll meet at the **central pavilion**, then stroller walk to **Lady of the Lake Park** for a **60-minute workout** led by **FIT4MOM Carrollton | The Colony**. This all-levels class includes a warm-up, cardio intervals, and strength training using resistance bands, park benches, and our natural surroundings. Each cardio and strength set will be broken up with 3-minute walks, and we’ll close with core work and a restorative cool-down. After the sweat session, we’ll stroller stroll to **The Grind Castle Hills at 11AM** for our social hour. Their shaded, fenced-in outdoor area is perfect for relaxing while the littles play. There will be a **tummy time-friendly space with toys** for babies and **sports-inspired activities** for toddlers and older kiddos to enjoy.
