Join us **for 2 Mondays in June (6/8 & 6/15)** for free lakefront fitness at **6:00am** led by Morgan, Nicole, & Martin of Live & Believe Wellness brought to you by Theater on the Lake + The Lakefront Restaurant.

This all-levels deep stretch somatic dance flow & meditation series is the perfect way to reset before the day begins while taking in beautiful lakefront views with others in the community.
